Kingsley Ezeme
is a corporate trainer, business consultant, and innovation catalyst with a strong passion for innovation and transformative ideas. Over the years, he has worked with leading financial institutions, businesses, and educational organisations, helping businesses and executives sharpen their critical thinking, embrace innovation, and build competitive advantages in fast-changing markets.
His professional journey blends strategy, consulting, and product innovation. He has advised and facilitated high-level programs for commercial banks, advised many businesses on product development, and helped organisations adapt from traditional models to digital-first, experience-driven approaches. He also studied Innovation Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, gaining practical insight into how organisations build, manage, and scale innovation in real-world environments.
Alongside his co-founder and team of geniuses, Kingsley is pioneering a new kind of marketplace, one where all that is needed to be an innovator or earn as such is to have an idea that is new, crazy, or reckless enough to meet a need, thereby giving businesses and societies unlimited access to disruptive thinking and transformative solutions.
